SMT Process

Aldeno Circuit PCBA Division now has 5,000 square metres of factory buildings and about 300 employees. Focusing on non-consumer electronics field of sample small to large quantities of PCBA manufacturing, such as: security, communication base station, industrial control, automotive electronics, medical and other industries.

Provide precision circuit board mounter, welding, product testing, aging, packaging, shipping, chip program generation burn-in, connector crimping, ultrasonic welding of plastic shells, laser marking, lettering, BGA repair and other services, with Fuji (FUJI), Panasonic (PANASONIC), Yamaha (YAMAHA) mounter, Jintuo with/without lead 10-temperature reflow oven, with/without lead wave soldering and other production equipment. Production equipment, as well as automatic PCBA cleaning machine and X-RAY, AOI, BGA rework equipment, hardware and software supporting a complete, to meet a variety of personalised customer needs.

Aldeno Technology provides high-end SMT SMD processing services for customers, equipped with four automatic high-speed SMT placement production lines, automatic board loading machines, automatic solder paste printers, SPI solder paste thickness tester, multi-temperature zone reflow soldering, AOI optical inspection equipment, X-Ray ray inspection machine, baking machine, stencil cleaning machine, etc., and has long been providing processing and manufacturing services for domestic listed companies and group customers. SMT chip processing public price

Quotation is generally based on the customer‘s BOM and GERBER documents as the basis for specific approval, SMT chip processing public price is: SMT soldering point 0.012 yuan, plug-in soldering point 0.045 yuan (including 13% VAT). If there are hand soldering and other special process requirements, need to be approved separately, which is a one-time investment in the wave soldering jig and the cost of the relevant carrier is not included.
