Leveraging product performance-based processes and manufacturing expertise, it has expanded its product portfolio to include wired and wireless USB devices, CMOS image sensors, timing technology solutions, web search engines, professional memory, high-bandwidth synchronous and micropower memory products, optical solutions, and reconfigurable mixed-signal arrays. Cypress became part of Infineon when it acquired Cypress Semiconductor for a total value of €9 billion (R69.3 billion).
